1.  Social Network Classification:

   Based upon the information you provide, we'll classify your network into one of 4 key social network categories, based upon your answers and the results of our 20 years of social network research. That will provide the foundation for the personal coaching strategy that we'll devise for you, to build your optimal social network

2. Resource Balance:

   Here, we show you what resources your current social network can offer and target the critical, missing resources that could hurt your career or negatively affect your health.

3. Key Network Members:

   Do you have the business or career mentors you need?  The people who could help you through a serious illness or the death of a loved one?  This section provides the answer to those critical questions.

4. Network-Building Venues:

   Knowing where to go can spell the difference between success or failure in building your social network.  Here, we'll see if you're getting into the kinds of places that are most effective for building the social network contacts you need.

5. Sufficiency Index:

   When you have to solve a critical problem in your work or business, do you have someone who can help?  If you need someone to talk to about a problem in your business or an issue that threatens your family, is someone there for you?  Here's where find out--and recommend how to solve the problem, if you don't have the people you need.

• Level 1 Assessment:

  With this completely on-line format, you can take the assessment and access the full report right away. Cost:  $49.95.

• Level II Assessment:

  This assessment proceeds in two stages. It begins with an online data collection procedure, which is very similar to the one used in the Level I Assessment. However, with this format, one of Optinet’s owner-managers performs a detailed analysis and interpretation of the results, discusses that analysis with you, and recommends specific strategies, tailored to you needs, for building an optimal network. Cost:  $200 (A savings of $50 over separate assessment and coaching services)

Personal Coaching Services:

We offer personal coaching sessions, in individual and group formats. For either, you must first complete the Level I assessment, so we have the information we need to develop your social network strategy. Whether you choose the individual or group option, you'll learn to build a network that LASTS:  Our unique model focuses on the Location, Attitudes, Skills, and Trajectory that will provide the foundation for your optimal network.

• Individual Coaching:  $100 per hour with an Optinet owner-manager; $50 per hour with a certified Optinet coach.
• Group Coaching:  $100 per month for two one-hour group coaching sessions with an Optinet owner-manager.
• Group Coaching with Peer-Networking:  $150 per month for two one-hour group coaching sessions with an Optinet owner-manager plus participation (including resources and guidelines) in a peer networking group.

Sample Personal Coaching Outline:

Session I:  SOCIAL NETWORK BASELINE:  Review assessment, formulate goals; identify key obstacles; first two assignments given.

Session II:  SOCIAL NETWORK GOALS, SOCIAL NETWORK VISION:  Review results of first two assignments; identify optimal sociala network vision and needs; set priorities for network development; assignment 3.

Session III:  NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES:  Review current opportunity structure, do in-depth analysis of contexts, assignment 4.

Session IV:  NETWORKING SKILLS/IMPEDIMENTS:  Identify interpersonal skills that are social network strengths and impediments; how to turn burdens into social network opportunities; assignment 5.

Session V:  REVISE GOALS, DEVISE STRATEGIES:  Devise plans for expanding current opportunity structure, strategies to build skills, priorities for network development

SESSION VI:  TIMETABLE:  Review development progress thus far, identify benchmarks, set up structure to track network development

OPTIONAL:  Monthly personal coaching checkups for 6 months; post-personal coaching assessments.
