Because women's lives and networks are so different, it's critically important to provide a scientific picture of where you are and what you need.

That's what our network assessment does. This cutting-edge tool is different from anything else on the market, because it's guided by our vision:  a vision of building networks that help you succeed in your life, as well as your work.

The six sections of the assessment will first classify your network, according to its resources and needs. In Section I, we will tell you whether it's Full Optimal, Constricted Optimal, Strong Support, Strong Instrumental, Constricted Support, or Constricted Instrumental--and we'll explain, in plain English and in great detail, what all that means.

In Section II, we give you a picture--literally--of what your network looks like, identifying the business and the personal sectors.

Section III is particularly important for women, because it shows you how much balance there is--which tells us what resources we need to build.

In Section IV, we highlight key network members, looking to see whether your network includes the people who help you get ahead.

Section V shows you what networking opportunities you already have, by focusing on the kinds of organizations you're participating in.

In Section VI, we provide a Sufficiency Index, a unique measure that tells you how well your network is providing the help you need, in your work and in your life.

Level 1 Assessment:

Level II Assessment:

This assessment proceeds in two stages. It begins with an online data collection procedure, which is very similar to the one used in the Level I Assessment. However, with this format, one of Optinet’s owner-managers performs a detailed analysis and interpretation of the results, discusses that analysis with you, and recommends specific strategies, tailored to you needs, for building an optimal network. COST:  $200 (a savings of $50 over separate assessment and coaching services).

Coaching Services

Once we see where your networking needs lie, the next step is coaching. We'll help you build a network that LASTS, through either individual or group coaching. Our unique model focuses on the Location, Attitudes, Skills, and Trajectory that provide the foundation for your optimal network. We have strategies that are tailored specifically to the needs of business women.

Individual Coaching:

$200 per hour with an Optinet owner-manager; $100 per hour with a certified Optinet coach.

Group Coaching:

$150 per month for two one-hour group coaching sessions with an Optinet owner-manager.

Group Coaching with Peer-Networking:

$200 per month for two one-hour group coaching sessions with an Optinet owner-manager plus participation (including resources and guidelines) in a peer networking group.
